We provide handcrafted celebration cakes that are baked fresh on order, using only the finest ingredients and finished off with your choice of filling, frosting, and decoration, to bring your imagination to life.

1. Order Leadtime

  • All our bakes are made fresh on order and baked from scratch. Therefore, we require a 48-hour lead time to ensure your finished product is made to your utmost satisfaction.
  • We encourage you to order well ahead of time, especially for events holding on the weekend or during seasonal occasions like Christmas.
  • Confirmed orders can be tracked using the designated service on our website.

2. In-Store Collection

  • Our store opening hours are from 9am to 5pm on Monday to Saturday.
  • All orders will be ready for collection from 9am up until 5pm on the pick-up date.
  • Please contact the store for Bank Holiday hours.

3. Doorstep Delivery

  • We offer delivery by hand and postal delivery for qualifying orders.
  • Your contact details provided with your order will be used for all communications regarding your delivery.
  • It is your responsibility to ensure the correct email, phone number, and address has been provided to facilitate your delivery.

4. Product Consumption & Storage

  • Our products will sometimes contain non-edible food safe components such as support dowels, acrylic toppers, floral wires, and wooden skewers which are used to affix decorative elements. Due care should be taken to remove such components before serving the cake.
  • Safety instructions will accompany your orders.
  • As our cakes are baked fresh to order, they keep well refrigerated either in the cake box or airtight containers for 7 days, or frozen in an airtight container for 30 days.
  • To enjoy the real flavours and texture, we recommend allowing all products to come to room temperature before serving.

5. Allergy Information

  • Our bakes are made in a small kitchen where nuts, peanuts, eggs, milk, soya, sesame, and gluten are used.
  • Therefore, we cannot guarantee they are free from traces of these allergens.
  • Although we take the necessary precaution to avoid cross-contamination, there is always a risk that this may occur during production or packaging.

  • Our delivery partner provides a tracked next day delivery service across the UK.
  • We take particular care in packaging your order in a food safe, tamper-proof box, and use additional safety measures to secure your cake while in transit.
  • The packaging is marked fragile, and a non-stacking warning is affixed to the postal box.
  • All shipments are sent for next day delivery within the UK.
